If you have experience in woodworking or manufacturing and are comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts and hand tools, this opportunity offers stability and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden reels using work instructions and production drawings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and durability.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Support daily production goals and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report material or production issues promptly.
- Assist with workflow coordination and team support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wooden reel production or similar woodworking/manufacturing environment preferred.
- Forklift experience (sit-down) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
