What You'll Do:
- Prepare wooden components for assembly.
- Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks for defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Support production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
