Now Hiring: Assembly Operator – 1st Shift.
Location: Watertown, CT.
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Employment Type: Direct Hire.
Overtime: Available based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays.

- Assemble wooden components into finished products.
- Use hand tools and measuring devices.
- Inspect products for quality.
- Label and prepare products for shipment.
- Apply protective grease coatings to completed products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Assist with warehouse and production duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sit-down forklift experience required.
- 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
