Seeking: Assembly Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Watertown, Connecticut
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Overtime: Available based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble pre-cut wooden materials into finished cable reels.
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure product accuracy.
- Inspect products to verify quality standards are met.
- Label, tag, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Apply protective grease coatings to completed products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sit-down forklift and warehouse experience required.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
