Responsibilities:
- Perform light assembly and basic machine operation tasks
- Follow written instructions and production procedures accurately
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency
- Work safely and efficiently while meeting daily production goals
- Use measuring tools and basic math skills to support production accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience required
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
