Now Hiring: Assembly Operator

Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Mandatory as needed | Must be available for up to 12-hour shifts and weekends based on production needs

Openwork is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for a growing manufacturing operation in Denton, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience who are looking for steady work, a team-oriented environment, and long-term career potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform light assembly and basic machine operation.
Follow written instructions and production procedures.
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Use basic measuring tools and math skills.
Meet daily production and quality goals.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.
Operate a sit-down forklift when applicable.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of manufacturing or assembly experience required.
Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts when required.
Must be available to work weekends and mandatory overtime based on company needs.
