What You Can Expect:
- $14.00 per hour starting pay.

- 1st shift schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
- Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy.
- Weigh, label, and tag completed products.
- Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection..
- Perform quality inspections to meet company standards.
- Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
