Now Hiring: Assembly Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Available based on production needs

Openwork is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturing company that produces wooden reels used worldwide. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team-focused production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble wooden components into finished products.
Use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
Label, tag, and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with additional production and warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1–2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift, bend, and stand throughout the shift.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
