Pay: $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

This organization is known for producing high-quality wooden reels distributed worldwide and for maintaining a structured, team-oriented work environment.

What You Can Expect:
  • $18.00 per hour starting pay.
  • Weekly pay.
  • 1st shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Possible overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
  • Supportive leadership and clear production standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble pre-cut wooden components into finished cable reels.
  • Use hand tools and measuring devices to ensure accuracy.
  • Weigh, label, and tag completed products.
  • Apply grease for waterproofing and product protection.
  • Perform quality inspections to meet company standards.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous sit down forklift, and warehouse experience REQUIRED.
  • Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfortable working in a labor-intensive, non-climate-controlled environment.
