Openwork is hiring Bilingual Production Workers for a growing packaging manufacturer in Northwest Houston. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates looking for steady first-shift work, weekly pay, and long-term potential.

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates who are reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with hands-on work are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble, package, and label products.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Move and stage materials throughout the production area.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow safety procedures and production standards.
Assist with general production and warehouse duties.

What We're Looking For:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Reliable and consistent attendance.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
Willingness to cross-train.
Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
