This is more than a role—it’s an opportunity to guide, support, and empower youth as they transition into adulthood.
What You’ll Be Part Of:
You’ll work directly with individuals ages 18–24, helping them navigate housing programs, develop life skills, and build a foundation for long-term success. Your work will have a direct and lasting impact.
Your Impact:
- Guide youth through housing placement, leasing, and move-in processes.
- Assist with applications, vouchers, and housing documentation.
- Provide ongoing case management focused on stability and independence.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized service plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure program compliance.
- Collaborate with housing authorities and internal teams.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and support services.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time case management experience.
- Required: Experience with housing programs (public housing, vouchers, or supportive housing).
- Experience working with youth facing challenging life situations.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or related field.
