Location: East Downtown Houston Area
Pay: $26.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Full-Time | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends Required (Saturday & Sunday)

Openwork is seeking a compassionate and motivated Case Manager / Housing Facilitator to support young adults transitioning toward independent living and stable housing. This is a meaningful opportunity to work directly with individuals ages 18–24, helping them overcome barriers, access resources, and achieve personal goals.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with housing searches, lease applications, and move-in coordination.
- Support participants with housing vouchers, documentation, and program requirements.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide ongoing case management, coaching, and support.
- Track progress and maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
- Connect clients with community resources and support services.
- Build positive relationships with landlords, housing providers, and community partners.
- Participate in program activities and client engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of case management experience required.
- Experience working with housing programs, supportive housing, or housing vouchers preferred.
- Experience working with young adults, vulnerable populations, or social service programs preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field required.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
