What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC laser and plasma cutting machines.
- Position, align, and secure materials for precise cutting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings.
- Inspect finished components to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform routine equipment checks and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of CNC laser and/or plasma cutting experience.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of shop drawings and production requirements.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and Windows-based systems.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on meeting production goals.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Industrial, non-climate-controlled setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and remain active throughout the shift.
- Frequent lifting and movement of materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb on and off equipment safely.
- Comfortable working outdoors when required.
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Monday-Friday schedule with a 7:00 AM start.
- Overtime and occasional weekend work available based on production needs.
