Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight)
Pay Range: $35 – $40 per hour (commensurate with experience)


About the Role:

Join a specialized manufacturing team in Houston dedicated to producing high-precision components for critical industrial applications. As a CNC Machinist, you'll be instrumental in delivering quality-driven parts using advanced machining techniques. We are seeking experienced professionals with expertise in CNC programming, particularly GibbsCAM, and familiarity with manufacturing split part bearing rotation components.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce intricate components of rotating equipment.
  • Develop and modify CNC programs using GibbsCAM software to ensure optimal machining efficiency.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and precise tolerances to meet exact specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining and programming issues on the shop floor promptly.
  • Ensure all parts meet quality standards, focusing on precision and consistency.
  • Work on complex jobs independently, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Required Qualifications:
  • Approximately 10 years of CNC machining experience with a focus on complex manufacturing.
  • Proven proficiency in GibbsCAM programming software is mandatory.
  • Experience in machining split part bearing rotation components highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and measurement techniques.
  • Ability to independently manage complex jobs with precision.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
