Manufacturing Facility Cleaning & Custodial Support
Openwork is hiring an experienced and dependable Custodial Associate to support a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX 76207. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe production and common areas throughout the facility.
Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience. Previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility is strongly preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift

What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform general cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility.
- Sweep production floors and common work areas.
- Collect and remove trash.
- Perform restroom cleaning as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized production and common areas.
- Use standard cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
- Follow facility safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently.
- Assist with additional custodial duties as needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience — REQUIRED.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility cleaning experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable cleaning production areas, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ability to safely use standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety.
- Available to work overtime as needed.
