Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Dock Associate in Buford, GA. In this Dock Associate role, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift, utilizing RF scanners, and communicating with management in regards to production levels. In This Dock Associate Role, You’ll Be Responsible For:

Operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
Utilizing RF guns/scanners for inventory and order tracking.
Applying basic shipping knowledge to prepare and process shipments.
Using basic Excel skills to log or verify production data.
Communicating effectively with management and team members regarding production levels and dock flow.

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a warehouse or dock environment.
Required: Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Preferred: Ability to operate a reach truck is a major plus!
Experience using RF guns.
Basic computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Perks:

Contract-to-hire opportunity.
1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm.
Starting Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.
