Now Hiring: Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Denton, TX.
Pay: $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed).
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire.

Position Overview:

Openwork is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to support a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and experienced in handling large or oversized materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
Move, stage, and stack large wooden materials.
Load and unload materials throughout the facility.
Ensure product stability and proper placement during transport.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sit-down forklift experience required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Experience handling heavy or oversized materials preferred.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
