Forklift, Shipping & Receiving Support
Openwork is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This hands-on position supports daily warehouse, shipping and receiving, and material-handling operations, including moving, staging, loading, and unloading large or oversized materials.
Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience along with previous shipping and receiving experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift

What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move and stage materials.
- Support daily shipping and receiving operations.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Verify, organize, and stage materials for shipment or production.
- Move, stack, and handle large wooden or oversized materials.
- Ensure materials are properly secured and safely positioned.
- Assist with shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Inspect materials for visible damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and forklift guidelines.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Experience moving and staging warehouse or manufacturing materials.
- Experience handling heavy or oversized materials preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and organization.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to meet background check and drug screening requirements.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Active manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Frequent forklift operation and material handling.
- Regular loading, unloading, staging, and movement of materials.
- Work around large or oversized products and equipment.
- Consistent attention to workplace and forklift safety.
