Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Hands-On Work with Opportunity to Grow

Openwork is hiring dependable General Laborers for a manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and helping a team complete an important facility relocation project.

The initial assignment is expected to last several days to a couple of weeks. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and a positive work ethic may be considered for additional opportunities with the company.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with general cleanup and housekeeping.
Organize warehouse and manufacturing areas.
Move and relocate materials, equipment, and supplies.
Help prepare work areas as the company relocates one of its facilities.
Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as needed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Follow all company and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with additional general labor duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, moving, or similar hands-on experience preferred.
Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
Ability to safely move and handle materials and equipment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed.
Team-oriented and willing to learn.
