Openwork is hiring a dependable General Laborer for a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX 76207. This is a hands-on position supporting the production and assembly of wood products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience and be comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.

Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Shift: 2nd Shift

Overtime: Required as needed, including 12-hour shifts and weekends

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with the production and assembly of wood products.
- Handle, move, and prepare materials for production.
- Follow specification sheets and work instructions.
- Perform repetitive production and assembly tasks.
- Inspect completed work for basic quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow established safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Assist with other production duties as needed.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read and follow specification sheets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Availability for required overtime, including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills strongly preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Hands-on, labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
- Non-climate-controlled facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling.
- Repetitive production and assembly work.
- Extended shifts and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
