Openwork is hiring a dependable General Laborer – Manufacturing for a manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting a facility relocation project, including cleanup, organization, material movement, and general labor duties.

Job Title: General Laborer – Manufacturing

Pay: $16.00 per hour or higher, based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Must be available as needed based on company needs
Assignment: Short-Term Project | Potential for Long-Term/Permanent Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with cleanup and housekeeping during the facility relocation.
- Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Help relocate equipment and supplies between designated work areas.
- Load and unload materials as needed.
- Organize production, storage, and work areas.
- Perform general warehouse and manufacturing support duties.
- Assist with basic material handling and production tasks.
- Use basic hand and power tools when assigned.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist other departments as business needs change.
- Follow all work instructions and company safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, production, moving, or material-handling experience.
- Basic experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with different tasks.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment.
