Openwork is hiring dependable Helpers / General Laborers to support a project-based assignment in Katy. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work, staying active throughout the day, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
- Break down wooden reels safely and efficiently.
- Perform general housekeeping and cleanup duties.
- Support daily yard and production operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2+ years of warehouse, assembly, helper, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions (shaded canopy provided).
- Must wear steel toe shoes.
- Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team.
