8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.
Starting Pay: $17/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Forklift and using a Mag Drill to drill precision hole in weights, Using a paint brush and or paint roller to paint finished drill lead weights.
Requirements:
- Forklift proficiency is required.
The Houston office of Openwork has partnered with a local manufacturing company to add a Shop Helper/Painter to their team! This is a project-based role, but it has the opportunity to be a permanent role for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a mag drill to drill holes in Bridge weights using a jig.
- Use paint rollers and Paint brushes to paint Bridge weights.
- Drive a forklift to move pallets around and set up pallets.
- Wrap pallets and get ready for shipment.
- Utilize an overhead gantry crane to move Bridge weights around.
- General shop clean up.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be able to wear a respirator 98% of the time.
- Be able to operate a forklift well (Test required).
- Ability to bend and kneel to paint Weights
- Lift 45-50 lbs.
- Painting knowledge (Can train the right individual).
- Ability to operate general shop tools (Hand drills, Etc.).
SCHEDULE:
- Mon-Fri.
- 8:00am - 5:00pm.
- Overtime may be available.
PAY: $17/hour.
