In a Logistics Coordinator job you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating all inbound and outbound movement of products and transportation to ensure timely delivery.
- Managing daily shipping operations primarily through the FedEx platform.
- Checking 2-3 internal systems daily to provide proactive updates to customers regarding freight status and potential shipping delays.
- Navigating the complexities of international transportation, including necessary documentation and compliance.
- Estimating and providing daily quotes for shipping costs to support sales and operations.
What you’ll need:
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
- A college degree is preferred.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage information across multiple digital platforms.
- Knowledge of international shipping processes and FedEx systems is a plus.
