Openwork is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator in Spartanburg. This position is for 3rd shift, with required training on either 1st or 2nd shift prior to transitioning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Load materials and maintain proper machine function.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to train on 1st or 2nd shift before moving to 3rd shift.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
