Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a Temporary Maintenance Tech in Houston, TX . Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

This position is TEMPORARY- duration of 3 Months.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.
Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Execute assigned work orders accurately and timely using the maintenance management system (CMMS).
Document completed work, parts used, and equipment condition in the CMMS.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and production issues to minimize downtime.
Identify equipment reliability issues and communicate recommendations for improvement.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
Follow established maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
Assist with maintaining accurate equipment and asset records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, ADA, local/state).
Use proper safety procedures when working on or around energized or moving equipment.
Assist with training or cross-training of peers as needed.
Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and other maintenance team members.

Shift- 6A-2:30P.

Pay- $17.
