Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience | Weekly Pay.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
Overtime: Saturdays 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, as needed.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Join Our Manufacturing Team:
Openwork is hiring 3 Manufacturing Assemblers for a growing HVAC equipment manufacturer in Stafford, TX. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or assembly experience, as well as recent graduates with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.

We're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assemble commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
  • Read and follow drawings, schematics, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • Install sheet metal, coils, insulation, piping, motors, compressors, fans, controls, and other components.
  • Route and secure electrical wiring and control components.
  • Install refrigeration components and piping assemblies.
  • Cut, bend, flare, swage, and assemble copper tubing.
  • Perform brazing and soldering when qualified.
  • Use hand tools, measuring devices, and torque tools.
  • Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and proper assembly.
  • Assist with pressure, leak, evacuation, charging, and functional testing.
  • Report damaged materials, missing parts, or quality concerns.
  • Complete production and inspection documentation.
  • Cross-train in different assembly areas as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
  • Follow all PPE, lockout/tagout, environmental, and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:
  • Manufacturing, assembly, HVAC, sheet metal, construction, automotive, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Hand-tool experience required.
  • Recent graduates with hands-on or mechanical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Basic math and measuring skills, including fractions, decimals, tape measures, and unit conversions.
  • HVAC or refrigeration experience is a strong plus.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance.
  • Strong attention to quality and safety.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and growth mindset.

Schedule & Work Requirements:
  • Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
  • Saturday overtime available as needed | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
  • Hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Must follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
