In a Production Manager job, you’ll be responsible for:

Workflow Management: Supervising the assembly of specialized units like the \"F Series,\" \"G Series,\" and \"FA8\" to ensure they are manufactured according to engineering specifications.
Quality Assurance: Implementing and enforcing strict quality control protocols to ensure every unit meets performance and safety standards.
Resource Allocation: Ensuring assembly teams have the tools, blueprints, and materials needed to meet output goals and the company’s shipping guarantees.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Managing inventory for replacement filters and raw materials to prevent production bottlenecks.

Equipment Maintenance: Scheduling routine maintenance for heavy machinery, including presses and forklifts, to prevent operational downtime.
Workforce Development: Overseeing the training and ramp-up periods for new production staff to ensure the team can handle backlogs and maintain steady output.
