Order Picker – Warehouse Operations

Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: $15.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Openwork is hiring an Order Picker to support a warehouse operation that serves local schools and educational programs. This is more than a warehouse role—your work helps ensure students, teachers, and campuses receive the supplies they need every day.

What You’ll Do:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist with deliveries to school campuses when needed.
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Support general warehouse operations including moving materials and maintaining cleanliness.

What You Bring:

Minimum of 1+ year of warehouse or distribution experience required.
Valid Texas driver’s license required.
Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
