Responsibilities:
- Verify pallets and products are properly labeled and traceable.
- Package finished products accurately according to company standards.
- Confirm counts, measurements, and product specifications.
- Operate forklifts safely to move and stage materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area.
- Follow all PPE, safety, and ISO procedures.
- Support production and shipping needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, or forklift experience required.
- Strong forklift operating skills (testing required during interview).
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Safety & Work Environment Requirements:
This facility works with lead material and follows strict safety protocols. Employees must be able to:
- Wear a half-mask respirator during work hours.
- Shower daily following shifts.
- Participate in blood testing every 6 months.
- Follow all company operating procedures and safety guidelines.
The facility is climate controlled and equipped with spot coolers to support employee comfort.
