The Packer is responsible for inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and accuracy before packaging.
Package products according to company specifications and customer requirements.
Label, palletize, and prepare completed orders for shipment.
Count, sort, and verify product quantities to ensure order accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
Assist with production line operations and other warehouse duties as needed.
Meet daily production and packaging goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
