Meador Staffing, an Openwork company, is hiring a Project Administrator / Purchasing Coordinator for a client in Dickinson, TX. This role supports project startup, purchasing, and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project startup, including materials, equipment, and logistics.
- Purchase supplies and equipment for job sites and shop operations.
- Arrange travel (flights, hotels, transportation) for field teams.
- Ensure compliance requirements are completed (badging, gate passes, etc.)
- Utilize systems such as DISA, ISNet, and Houston Area Safety Council.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project administration, purchasing, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with DISA, ISNet, or safety council systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-office)
- $22–$27/hour (DOE)
- Occasional after-hours work; overtime paid after 40 hours
