Seeking: Reach Truck / Warehouse Associate
Location: North Houston Area (Near IAH Airport)
Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay (Performance-based pay increases available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Optional 9:45 AM – 5:45 PM schedule available)
Overtime: Available based on business needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring an experienced Reach Truck / Warehouse Associate for a well-established distribution company in the North Houston area. If you have experience operating a Reach Truck and slip sheet (push/pull) equipment and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that has been in business for more than 100 years.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Trucks and slip sheet (push/pull) equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, and store products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners.
- Verify shipments for accuracy, quality, and proper labeling.
- Perform inventory transactions and basic data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse and distribution experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of Reach Truck operating experience.
- Proven experience operating slip sheet (push/pull attachment) equipment.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
