Seeking: Reach Truck / Warehouse Associate
Location: North Houston Area (Near IAH Airport)
Pay: $17.00 per hour | Weekly Pay (Performance-based pay increases available)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Optional 9:45 AM – 5:45 PM schedule available)
Overtime: Available based on business needs
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring an experienced Reach Truck / Warehouse Associate for a well-established freight forwarding company in the North Houston area. If you have warehouse experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have experience operating both a Reach Truck and slip sheet (push/pull) equipment, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Reach Trucks and slip sheet (push/pull) equipment.
- Load, unload, move, and store freight.
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners.
- Verify shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Perform inventory transactions and basic data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse and distribution experience.
- Freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL warehouse experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Reach Truck operating experience.
- Proven experience operating slip sheet (push/pull attachment) equipment.
- RF scanner experience preferred.
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
