Now Hiring: Receiving Specialist – 1st Shift

Warehouse Receiving, Inventory Control & Manufacturing

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73179.
• Pay: $18.50–$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, starting at 6:00 AM.
• Availability: Must be able to work until at least 4:30 PM daily.
• Shift: 1st Shift.
• Employment: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire.
• Overtime: As needed.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
• Check materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter and update inventory records using an MRP system.
• Identify and resolve receiving discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts to unload, move, and organize materials.
• Count, label, and store incoming materials.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Maintain accurate receiving documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
• Follow workplace safety procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of receiving experience required.
• Hands-on MRP system experience required.
• Current forklift certification and operating experience required.
• Ability to communicate and understand English.
• Experience with purchase orders, packing slips, and inventory tracking.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing warehouse.
• Must be available until at least 4:30 PM daily.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
