Openwork is assisting a client in filling a Receptionist role within an industrial manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong organization skills, and a natural ability to connect with people.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome visitors and create a professional first impression.
- Answer and direct calls with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage front desk operations, mail, and office supplies.
- Support administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
- Assist with basic Accounts Payable tasks in QuickBooks.
- Keep shared spaces clean, organized, and ready for use.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing office preferred.
- Background in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills; QuickBooks is a plus.
Work Setting:
