Job Title: Full-Time Service Porter

Location: McDonough

Pay: $15 per hour
Schedule:

Off every Tuesday and Sunday
Works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily service operations by greeting customers, managing vehicle flow, and ensuring a smooth and organized service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
Follow established procedures to dispatch keys and service repair orders.
Move and organize customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
Assist service advisors and technicians as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and order in service drive and lot areas.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver’s license (DL).
Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors and in a dealership service environment, including frequent vehicle movement and customer interaction.
