SPE Manufacturing Electrician – PM Shift

Houston, TX 77073.
$24.00 per hour | Weekly Pay.
Monday–Friday | PM Shift | Overtime Available.

Openwork is assisting a client in hiring a skilled Manufacturing Electrician to support electrical panel assembly and HVAC equipment production. This role is well-suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a production environment and enjoys both hands-on work and team leadership.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead and support electrical assembly teams, including panel builders.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
Install and wire electrical components into control panels and equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics and layouts.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Select and install components such as breakers, transformers, overloads, and contactors.
Use hand and power tools to complete installations safely.

Qualifications:

Proven experience building and wiring electrical control panels.
Strong understanding of wiring standards, gauges, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Experience identifying wiring errors and maintaining clean, organized builds.
Leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
