Location: Northeast Houston, TX
Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturday as needed, overtime available)

What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and welding symbols.
- Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Fit and tack weld structural components to exact specifications.
- Assemble grating, stair treads, frames, and structural parts.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and overhead cranes safely.
- Inspect finished assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
- Work closely with your team to meet production goals.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 2+ years of structural fitting or fabrication experience.
- Ability to pass a fit-up test.
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
- Experience with hand tools, grinders, cutting torches, and measuring equipment.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic.
