Position Summary:
The Inventory Clerk will manage incoming materials, oversee organized storage areas, track parts and supplies, and maintain accurate electronic documentation. This role requires a strong balance of physical organization and system-based recordkeeping.

Primary Responsibilities:
Receiving & Stock Management:
  • Receive and verify incoming parts, supplies, and department products.
  • Enter received items into the inventory management system.
  • Store parts in designated warehouse or stockroom locations.
  • Maintain clean, labeled, and organized storage areas.
  • Manage janitorial supplies and operational materials.
Inventory Control:
  • Perform cycle counts and full inventory audits.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure serialized aviation parts remain fully traceable.
  • Generate inventory and stock reports as requested.

Issuing & Tracking Parts:
  • Pull parts for maintenance technicians or operations teams.
  • Record parts issued to work orders or aircraft.
  • Process returned or unused parts back into inventory.
  • Track core returns and repairable components.

Administrative & Operational Support:
  • Maintain accurate electronic records using Excel and inventory software.
  • Utilize basic hand tools when needed for organizing storage systems.
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (required).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in inventory control, supply coordination, or stockroom management.
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a structured environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience in airport, aviation, municipal, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with serialized parts tracking.

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing and walking.
  • Ability to lift 40–50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and move materials throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a stockroom, warehouse, or hangar environment within an airport facility.

Pre-Employment Requirements:
  • 7-year criminal background search.
  • SSN trace.
  • Motor vehicle record check.
  • Education verification.
  • Drug screen.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of required screenings in accordance with applicable regulations.
