In this growth-oriented, high-engagement role, you will be responsible for supporting key client accounts, driving retail sales execution, and conducting in-store product training across the country. In an Entry Level Sales Associate job you'll be responsible for:

Traveling extensively to train new store associates across the USA on product features, installation techniques, and effective selling methods.
Supporting store visits to key account locations to reinforce product knowledge with team members and improve customer sell-through.
Assisting at Pro Events to promote brand awareness and drive engagement with professional contractor clients.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with store teams and key customer contacts nationwide.
Executing merchandising programs, promotional plans, and product assortment initiatives across multi-location accounts.
Maintaining accurate activity records, field feedback, and visit tracking utilizing internal tools like Microsoft Teams.
Providing valuable market insights regarding competitor activity, product performance, and retail store feedback.
Coordinating with cross-functional internal teams (Production, Marketing, Supply Chain) for smooth product launches.

What you'll need:

Associate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Preferably 2 years of sales or account management experience, with proven success handling multi-location retail accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and group training abilities.
Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% (approximately 4 consecutive days per week) across the USA.
Primary residence in one of the following states: GA, AL, FL, TN, SC, NC, OH, or TX.
