What You’ll Do:
- Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and routine procedures.
- Provide daily animal care including feeding, monitoring, and maintaining enclosures.
- Safely handle and restrain animals during exams and diagnostics.
- Support medication administration and basic testing.
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and organized treatment areas.
- Accurately document patient care and observations.
- Assist pet owners with general care guidance.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in animal care, veterinary, or shelter environments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic.
Work Environment:
- Active clinic and shelter setting.
- Exposure to animals, noise, and varying conditions.
- Physically active role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
