About the Job
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find General Labor Associates for a warehouse facility located in Manor, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, hardworking, and looking to grow within a stable company.
As a General Labor Associate, you’ll be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading materials and products.
- Sorting, packing, and labeling items for shipment.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock organization.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Supporting team members and supervisors with daily tasks as needed.
What you’ll need:
- 3+ Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.
- Must know how to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
- Flexible and willing to take on different tasks as needed.
Perks:
- Pay starts at $18/hour.
- Monday–Thursday schedule, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM or Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. Overtime available!
