Openwork is hiring an experienced and dependable Warehouse Associate / General Laborer for an established manufacturing company in Stafford, TX 77477.

This opportunity begins with a two-week warehouse organization and cleaning project, with the potential to transition into a permanent Assembly position based on performance and company needs.

We're looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual with hands-on experience who can take initiative, work independently, and maintain an organized warehouse environment.

Position Details:
  • Location: Stafford, TX 77477.
  • Pay: $15.00 per hour.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM.
  • Initial Assignment: 2-week temporary project.
  • Employment: Temporary with potential for permanent hire.
  • Growth Opportunity: Possible transition into an Assembly position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, sort, and clean warehouse materials and supplies.
  • Remove outdated or unnecessary materials from designated areas.
  • Clean equipment and parts, including pressure washing.
  • Rearrange and organize warehouse storage areas.
  • Move, stage, and prepare equipment and materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and instructions.
  • Assist with additional warehouse and general labor duties.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, general labor, manufacturing, equipment cleaning, or related work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
  • Experience organizing materials, maintaining work areas, or handling equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable performing hands-on cleaning and warehouse duties.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and potentially transition into assembly work.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
