Location: Houston, TX 77032 (Near IAH Airport)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Lead a Team in a Growing Warehouse Operation:
Openwork is hiring a dependable Warehouse Lead for a nationally established company opening a new Houston location near IAH Airport. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, staying organized, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of 20+ warehouse associates.
Conduct daily shift meetings and team briefings.
Inspect and process returned materials.
Follow company SOPs for sorting, restocking, cleaning, and disposal.
Build flight kits for airline operations.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing laundry shipments (no laundry washing required).
Maintain accurate records and warehouse organization.
Support housekeeping and daily warehouse operations.
Lift, move, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience required.
Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse experience required.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Sit-down forklift experience is a plus.
Reliable attendance and strong work habits required.
