This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and working in an organized, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform shipping and receiving duties in a warehouse environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with reorder tracking.
- Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or defects.
- Update inventory information using Excel and Great Plains.
- Support warehouse organization, labeling, and item location tracking.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and vendors to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of warehouse shipping & receiving experience required.
- Inventory experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Great Plains required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
