Pay: $15.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Openwork is hiring Warehouse Workers for a respected school district in Richardson, TX. In this role, you'll help receive, organize, and deliver materials, supplies, equipment, and textbooks that support students, teachers, and schools throughout the district.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for schools and district departments.
  • Load, unload, and deliver materials to school campuses and district locations.
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Move furniture, equipment, and warehouse materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Support general warehouse and distribution operations.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver License required.
  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, delivery, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
  • Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
