What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support production associates in the wooden reel assembly process
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products
- Monitor workflow to ensure production goals, quality, and safety standards are met
- Provide training, guidance, and support to team members as needed
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What You Bring:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments
- Sit-down forklift experience required
- Forklift certification preferred
- Woodworking experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
