Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (potential increase up to $27 upon permanent hire) | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Grow Into a Leadership Role
Openwork is seeking a motivated Assembly Team Lead in Training to join a manufacturing team in Denton. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on production experience who is ready to step into a leadership role and grow with a stable company.

If you enjoy leading by example, staying organized, and supporting team success, this position offers a clear path for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support production associates in the wooden reel assembly process
Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products
Monitor workflow to ensure production goals, quality, and safety standards are met
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members as needed
Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments
Sit-down forklift experience required
Forklift certification preferred
Woodworking experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Reliable work ethic and team-oriented mindset
