Position Overview:
In this role, you will support daily operations by receiving, handling, and shipping materials efficiently while maintaining safety and organization across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Offload materials received from vendors and ensure proper handling.
- Store and organize materials in designated areas.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments.
- Complete shipping documentation such as bills of lading and packing slips.
- Move materials throughout the facility to support operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety-focused.
- Work outdoors approximately 70% of the time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable and consistent attendance.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Forklift experience required, with the ability to safely handle sensitive materials.
- Experience offloading and handling vendor shipments.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly.
- Basic computer skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of experience in shipping, receiving, or material handling.
- Proven reliability and strong work history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
