Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dynamic Supervisor job in Anderson, SC. In this fast-paced, leadership-driven role, you will support Operations Managers and Coordinators, serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and lead a team of Team Leaders and Inspectors to deliver quality results. In a Supervisor job you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of assigned projects to meet customer expectations for quality and delivery.
- Serving as the primary customer contact, resolving complaints and conducting Root Cause Analysis.
- Leading, training, and evaluating Team Leaders and Inspectors.
- Collecting KPI data and submitting client billing accurately and on time.
- Conducting layered audits and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintaining appropriate staffing levels and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent ability to perform required functions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous manufacturing or inspection experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic gauges (preferred).
- Valid driver's license (preferred) and willingness to travel to project locations.
